Rates (Price List)

Projects are estimated based on $98/hr rate (increased rate after hours/weekends, see price list for details). As a fee-for-service unit within the School of Medicine and Public Health, we focus on serving the health sciences faculty, staff and students. We also serve all UW–Madison departments.

Billing information

Media Solutions requires a funding source to reserve dates for your project on our production schedule. Your account will not be charged until your project is complete. Accepted Funding Types

Acknowledgement of 55.5% surcharge*
