Service Rates (Price List)

Projects are estimated based on $98/hr rate (increased rate after hours/weekends, see price list for details). As a fee-for-service unit within the School of Medicine and Public Health, we focus on serving the health sciences faculty, staff and students. We also serve all UW–Madison departments.

Poster printing acknowledgment*

I acknowledge that the production time for poster printing is 4 full business days from the submission date of my final pdf file. The production time aligns with my poster presentation deadline.

Portrait acknowledgment*

No-shows or missed appointments without prior notice may incur a fee equal to 50% of the standard studio portrait cost. If a portrait appointment is missed due to unforeseen circumstances, the individual is responsible for notifying us within 48 hours following the missed appointment.

Your project request cannot be submitted without a valid PO number. UW Health clients can find directions to submit a requisition for PO creation on The Pulse. For further assistance, you can reach out to Scot Yohr, (Supply ChainSystems Educator), or Krista Hamilton, (Senior Buyer). All purchase orders for Media Solutions must be created under University of Wisconsin Systems, supplier number 106201.
