File Transfer

To send files to, or pick up files from, Media Solutions via your computer, use the appropriate link to instructions, below. Please contact the staff person you are working with before and after sending files, to confirm tht we have received them.

Please complete the Job Order Form when transferring files for poster printing.

Email

If you wish to send you file(s) as email attachments, please send them to this address: contact@media.med.wisc.edu. If you have previously obtained our digital invoice form, please fill in that form and send it along as an attachment as well. Otherwise, please include the required information in the body of your email message.

Potential problems with emailing your files – there may be a delay in your message's arrival by email. Not all email is delivered immediately.
